Terms of service
Pitprop, by Pitprop Works. Effective October 10, 2026.
These terms cover use of Pitprop, the app at app.pitpropworks.com, provided by Pitprop Works.
Who may use it
Pitprop is used by invitation. You may use it if a program using Pitprop has added you, and only for that program's work. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Your program's records
What your program records in Pitprop belongs to your program. You are responsible for what you enter, and for having the right to share any names, photos or documents you add.
Safety
Pitprop helps a crew keep track of inspections, repairs and assignments. It does not inspect anything itself. Whether equipment is safe to use is always the judgment of the responsible adults on site, whatever the app shows.
Acceptable use
Do not try to reach records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Ownership
Pitprop, including its design, text and software, is owned by its creator and Pitprop Works. All rights are reserved. No part of it may be copied, reused or offered to others without express written consent.
No warranty
Pitprop is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Ending use
A program may stop using Pitprop at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version and its date will be posted here.
